1. Order and delivery
1.1. After receiving an order from a User, an e-shop consultant processes this order. The user receives an email confirming the order is successfull. 

1.2. To place an order in the e-shop, the User must specify:

1.2.1. valid email address;

1.2.2. correctly filled address for delivery of the goods and invoicing;

1.2.3. correctly filled contact details - two names and telephone number. 

1.3. The order is placed by pressing the button "CONFIRM ORDER" - located below the delivery details of our payment. The button appears after at least one product has been added to the basket.

1.4. . Upon successful ordering, the User receives a confirmation of the order by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by them. The confirmation by e-mail indicates the ordered product(s), the order number, the date and time when the order was placed. Confirmation by phone is made only if additional information or clarification of the order is needed.

1.5. In case the ordered product (specific model) is not available, the consultant notifies the User. If the User does not agree to place the order for another product (similar model), the order can be canceled.

1.6. The delivery of the ordered goods is not made on Sundays and public holidays.

1.6.1. Normal delivery - within 3 working days from the moment of order confirmation.

1.7. The sellers in the e-shop use the services of a courier company to make deliveries:

 to home address: Rapido, with the usual delivery hours ranging from 9.00 to 17.30.
 to pick-up location: Econt Express

1.8. Delivery is made to an exact address specified by the User (whether residential or business).

1.9. Delivery prices:

 Rapido: home address: BGN 5.50
 Econt pick-up location: BGN 6.60
Romania and Greece ; BGN 8.00

1.10. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified period, so that he receives the goods in time within the agreed time frame, the Seller is released from the obligation to perform the requested delivery.

1.11. Orders in the e-shop are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

1.12 The working hours of the consultants of the online store are:

Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. 
Closed: Sunday.

1.13. Orders received without correct data of the Buyer (User) or missing such are canceled if the Seller does not receive the correct data within 48 hours after receipt of the order. Such orders receive the status "REJECTED" due to impossibility to be executed.

1.14. The user can refuse an order without having to mention the reasons for the refusal.

Order cancellation can be made by e-mail (email) to the e-mail address specified on the site - e-mail: sales@zerofit.store. For the cancellation to be valid the user must provide: the number of the order, the phone number left in the order, his two names with which he is registered on the site, the email address (e-mail) with which he is registered on the site, the price of the order.

2. Payment
2.1. Payment for the ordered goods can be made in three ways, regardless of the chosen method of payment, the amount to be paid is the same and no additional fees are charged for processing the payment.
